Change of Mind As our products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll sort it out quickly — that's our promise.
Wrong Size We recommend checking our size guides before ordering. As items are made to order, we are unable to accept size exchanges. If you're unsure, please reach out before purchasing and we'll help you choose the right fit.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
